Why block numbers?
You may be getting calls from unwanted numbers which contribute to your minute usage. As a result, you may want to block these numbers.
How to block numbers
In Leadtosale, numbers are blocked at the account (business) level. That means numbers will be blocked for all containers within that business.
To block a number, head to any container within your business and select the menu at the top right.
Here, you’ll be able to add and remove blocked numbers. Please format the numbers so that they include the country code (e.g. +1 for the United States).
Push the ‘ADD’ button to add new numbers, or the trash icon to delete numbers that have already been added.
Don’t forget to push the ‘SAVE’ button to save your changes.
Remember, this will block calls from these numbers for every container within your account. The calls will be rejected from the caller perspective, so they may hear some ringing, followed by the call hanging up.
